Objective: Designed a custom, rugged transport case to house and professionally display magnetic surgery instruments.
Manufacturing & Materials: Fabricated in-house via FDM 3D printing using carbon fiber and matte filaments. Customized part geometry and slicer profiles to minimize layer lines, achieving a premium finish
Iterative Design: Lots of prototyping cycles, refining the design through physical testing and feedback to maximize durability, compactness, and ergonomics.
Visualization: Created product renders using Blender to conceptualise and communicate designs
Future Development: Created cost analysis and development timeline for future production, evaluated vapor smoothing for more premium finish
